Since 1991, Next Level International has been committed to addressing the spiritual needs of Europe. To help forward the mandate, Bill and Linda Howell established NLI’s US National Office in February 2004. Following 27 years of pastoral ministry and 10 years of leadership training with NLI, they launched into full-time mission in Europe.

With NLI’s ambitious goal of establishing a functional ministry relationship in all 47 nations of Europe the importance of the national offices increases. The role is to create an awareness and vision for Europe. National offices also serve by promoting and helping advance church planting and leadership training. They recruit short-term mission teams along with connecting churches, business people and individuals with opportunities in Europe. Finally, they raise resources to assist in the planting of churches in cities throughout the European continent.

In late 2007 Bill transitioned into the Primary Leader role for NLI. Bill remains the US National Director along with fulfilling his new role of Primary Leader until a new director is selected. Linda serves as part of a new leadership development initiative that includes specialized training for women, youth and children’s ministry leadership. In October, NLI Women’s Development will offer it’s first EMERGE leadership conference for women in Central Europe. For more information see the EMERGE article under LATEST NEWS on the NLI web page.

The US team continues to expand. Current staff include: Jennifer Miller, Executive Assistant; Shayne Cripe, Bookkeeper; Linda Howell, Women’s Development Director; Derrick Miller, Director of Development and Holli Nisley, intern. The US office is located at Pathway Assembly of God, Middlebury, IN. The host pastor is Rev. Scott Miller.

With expansion ahead and new mission initiatives coming, NLIUSA welcomes those wishing to join the team. Besides the National Director role, other available positions are:
