Transformer Man

In a city just outside Constanta Romania lives a man of Turkish Muslim upbringing. As he reached his early 20′s he began looking deeper into his beliefs. He yearned to know the Truth. He studied books on Islam and on Christianity. The more he studied the more he found Christ to be the only real Answer. In spite of the hardship that would follow, he became a Follower of Christ. Considered an outcast by his community and shunned by his family, he held fast to his convictions.

Onward

In 2006 NLI began the planning for a church plant project in south-eastern Romania After a year of developing partnerships, fundraising, and getting all the pieces in place, the project began.  From 2007 through the end of 2010 eleven new churches were birthed, fostered, and firmly established in places like Constanta, Negra Voda, and Efforie Sud.  In December 2010, 11 pastors “graduated” at the end of the project.  But it doesn’t all end here.  Read moreRead more

Romania Organix

Despite numerous roadblocks and setbacks, this Organix conference went from an idea to reality.  There was trouble finding enough trainers, there were logistical problems with getting everything put together in time for October, and even at the last minute, Kevin Westfield, the Balkan Region Director was too ill to attend.  Thanks to the great talent from New Life Church in Oradea, the conference not only went on as planned, it was a huge success.
