Europe is an ever changing landscape, particularly evident in this last decade, and as such NLI is looking for adaptable, forward thinking people who are willing to make the commitment to seeing entire nations changed for Jesus. We have seen the European Union (EU) continue to stretch its borders as they include more post communist nations. The often volatile Balkan region is now being welcomed into the EU family and the first Muslim nation is being considered for candidacy.
What this all means is that at NLI we need to move beyond our thinking and actions as well. In a post-Christian Europe where many countries number the evangelical witness at less than 1% there is much more toiling to be done. We know that the post-communist hunger that existed for many years is waning but continue to see the deep spiritual need for the saving message of the Gospel.

Are you are ready to step out of the boat – to navigate a team in multiple cross cultural situations; to think in new paradigms; to create and implement innovative strategies? If you would like to be part of the ministry at NLI or are interested in any of the following positions and would like more information, please contact us. Also please consider joining us for one of our 'Connection Weeks' at our Coventry, England offices this year. These weeks are designed to give you a window into NLI, meet some staff and even be interviewed for a position if you're ready for that. If you just would like to investigate possibilities and gather more information about working in Europe and with NLI that is what these weeks are for. Upcoming dates are: National Director - United States - This is a full time position that seeks to direct and manage the American National Office
and assist in raising resources for Next Level International through raising the public profile of the
organization.
Regional Leader - Baltic Region - The Regional Leader is responsible for providing apostolic leadership to the NLI teams within
- his/her region. He/she is to develop and spearhead strategies for current and future ministry
- relationships in the Baltic Region through consultation with his/her regional teams and the NLI
- leadership teams.
Country Team Leader - Romania - The Country Team Leader is responsible to take charge of and for providing a high level of
- management within Romania as they carry out the strategies set forth by the by the regional
- team. This person will need to have gifts in teamwork, strategies, breakthrough and
- communication.
Internship Director - The purpose of this position is to provide an practical internship program that will allow young
- leaders to develop insight and vision for 21st Century missions. The Internship Director will
- also serve on the HR team responsible for recruitment, integration, training, professional
- development and personnel well being on the field.
Media Developer - The Media Developer is responsible for the design and preparation of a variety of media
including but not limited to print, web and video. High proficiency with Apple computers - and Adobe products is required.
